一般條款

所有貨品的價格均以港幣計算，並以訂購時所顯示的價格為準。

當顧客提交訂單後，必須在48小時內以FPS轉數快、Payme或信用卡支付有關款項。
-
由於出於手工製作，即使是同款的產品亦有可能出現顏色及精細形狀上的差異。
送貨政策
-
本公司提供免費送貨服務（離島區除外），送貨服務由本公司自行承運。
-
顧客收到貨品時，應立即檢查產品是否完整無缺，如有任何損毀，請直接拒絕收件，並即時與本公司聯絡。
-
若顧客於24小時後方通知本公司，本公司並不會接受任何賠償或退還貨品要求。
-
顧客如需更改送貨日期，請於送貨日期前48小時與本店 。
退換貨品政策

除品質問題外，本公司所有貨品均不設退換。
-
基於衛生問題，餐具（如杯、碟、碗等）恕不退換。
-
手工玻璃會因應原材料、師傅的手工而令色澤有差別，同款的貨品亦未能完全相同，如因以上原因要求退換，恕不受理。
-
如因錯誤使用而引致產品出現問題恕不受理（注意：請勿以熱水沖洗手工玻璃製品）。
-
LeiCicraft保留一切修訂條款及細則之權利，毋須另行通知。
-
如有任何爭議，將以LeiCicraft之決定為最終裁判。
抗疫政策

為配合政府規例，送貨員工已完成接種最少兩劑疫苗，並與送貨前須量度體溫及完成快速測試，與客人接觸期間亦會全程配戴口罩。
